fantastic stay!
true professional delicious ham nice staff lovely stay
George really makes you feel at home! he is a true professional. He makes the hotel a second home. breakfast includes delicious ham, so much better than american ham! everybody at the front desk is very nice, especially george because he goes out of his way.
The bathroom sink in my room was not perfectly clean, and some towels had marks. I missed the bottled water.

The breakfast offered a great cooked selection. I especially loved the fresh pouched eggs! a bit more fresh fruit is welcomed. It is great for people who prefer a lighter breakfast. a varied menu is available.

fantastic stay!
efficient staff complimentary upgrade clean room
i really enjoyed my stay! the staff were very efficient during check-in. i received a complimentary upgrade, and the room was nice and neat. plus, the location has a convenient park and ride bus stop nearby that takes you into the city.
the air conditioning made strange noises periodically.

i found the hotel room quite spacious. it featured a king bed and a seating area. the park and ride location was convenient. i got to the city center quickly and easily using the bus service.

noticeable fumes poor soundproofing
The location was not ideal for a holiday. The area felt more like a motorway service station and the petrol fumes were noticeable. The room needed better soundproofing. I could clearly hear noise from outside and other rooms, disturbing my rest. The hotel's surroundings did not match the expectations for a restful stay, though.

the reception staff handled my check-in quickly. i found ample parking spaces available on the premises. the breakfast offered a wide selection of choices and everything was fresh and tasty.

lovely stay
helpful staff breakfast option
i found the staff very helpful. the breakfast had good options and was well-stocked. it was also easy to reach bus stops for travel into the city centre.
the bathroom lacked adequate counter space i found. storing toiletries and personal items was difficult.

i used the murdoch room for a course presentation. clean teaching environment was present and lunch was served on time. charlotte was helpful.
when i checked in, there was no offer of help carrying luggage. i had lots of luggage.
